Had to lol at this.I'm bored too and I'm currently be forced to play this craptastic game cause my boyfriend wants to play a mmo together.
I've been trying to figure out what to do to keep me entertained but I can't find much of anything. Maybe some one will toss some suggestions in here after they get done raging.
Not sure if you actually found it funny or thought I was raging.
Either way the game is craptastic and people are raging because other people find it boring.
Even though none of them really provided any suggestions besides crafting and gathering. Which I tried crafting and I hate it. I have to sit there doing the most boring thing in any mmo and keep pushing buttons.
You don't have to rush to hit 50 already. On the contrary I'd say if you don't have at least 1 level 50 by now, you're playing slow. Progression on the first class is very fast.
I can't even imagine getting bored in this game...with the ability to work every class, every profession...I don't think I'll be 50 in my class for at least 2 months because I am working crafting and gathering to prepare my finances to buy a house...
best comment in the thread.
I'm bored.
go craft
I dont wanna
go gather
i dont wanna
level another class
i dont wanna
All I see in these forums.
cant really expect people to want to run around in a circle for hours on end hitting the exact same nodes with a different background. Crafting isn't much more interesting for that you just save up a bunch form those hours of hitting the same nodes and then sit in one place hitting the same abilities finishing hundreds of items. Leveling alts after you have done all the quests is rather terrible unless you make an entire new character but you cant send anything between characters so that's a big pain. People play mmos to slay bad guys, crafting is for a niche crowd and i hope it stays that way otherwise nobody will ever need to buy my items.
The actual farming isn't the fun part. Anyone with common sense knows that... It's making money that's fun!cant really expect people to want to run around in a circle for hours on end hitting the exact same nodes with a different background. Here's a thought. If you are bored with FFXIV, go play something else. Who told you this is the only game out there? There are tons of F2P games on the market. Now if you are going to say "But I don't wanna play another game, I want to play this one", then how could you possibly be bored. We are not going to get a ton of new content 3 weeks after release, things don't work that way.
wooooow nutcase alert, your having imaginary conversations with me pmslHere's a thought. If you are bored with FFXIV, go play something else. Who told you this is the only game out there? I'm not 50 yet and absolutely love the game so far.
I do wonder thiugh, about why you can hit 50 as a casual in 3 weeks.... I mean why create a massive world with dungeons and challenges every couple levels when they are meaningless? Maybe force people to gear a bit to clear the story on the way to 50 so it takes longer? then you don't have to force players into running the same place 70 times when they reach 50 to fill the time between content releases.
Just a thought
