Bored !!!!

Starting to get really bored tbh
I don't really feel like farming castrum or ak over and over just to get that darklight gear, its not my idea of fun, i'm up to titan on my relic quest but tbh i'm losing interest. I work all week and when i get home i really don't feel like grinding, feels like more of a chore then fun and i can do without it tbh, maybe its the trash in dungeons that puts me off so much i don't know all i know is i find it so dull.
I started levelling another class "scholar" im about lvl 37 on it now but starting to get bored of grinding fates as that's the only real way to lvl up after having a lvl 50 already.
Is there no way of making the dungeons less of a chore? make trash drop something useful, lower their HP maybe? atleast make killing them worth teh repair bill.
Hardmodes are awesome btw and the bosses in the dungeons are also perfect i wouldn't change them at all.
also when will PVP be enabled?

AK and palace does drop 55 gear that helps fill in the gaps until you have full darklight.. With a good static group you could prob get all your DL gear in a week...

Well...maybe host oddball events in your FC like my FC does.

Such as Parading throughout Eorzea.
Mendor's Monday (Everyone getting together to craft and share materials)
Host Scavenger hunts or something silly like naked primal runs...?

Pretty sure the OP is trying to make the point that there is not enough variety dungeon wise at 50 which is a perfectly valid point. Primal's are basically one hit wonders unless you sell runs. I don't see a problem with a person asking for a bit more variety end game wise for progression content. However the game did just release so if anything I would be a bit more patient and work on crafting or something in the meantime.

So what DO you want to do, if you don't want to actually put time into the game then mmos may not be for you (I'm not trying to sound mean). Though I agree the current DL grind needs to be made more fun, the dungeons maybe a tad shorter ( lower trash mob hp a little).

i didnt say i didnt want to put time in, i just dont want to pay a sub to do boring stuff, ive been playing mmo's for over a decade there is no reason why dungeons shouldnt be more fun, and doing dungeons like castrum over and over which is faceroll easy isnt in anyway shape and form challenging or fun

I started in CB2. What's your point? Difference is I didn't tunnelvision to 50 and take time off work and forget my wife,job, kids, etc..

And now I'm not burned out. I look forward to the 2 hour/day time-frame I have to play.
