Please try this especially if you are a legacy member. I think when the accounts got transferred over to 2.0 it messed things up a little. Try that and if that doesn't work, do the waiting time for online support chat. They were able to approve my debit card for use. A couple hours of waiting is work many hours of play.
How do i get chat support? All i saw was the email support.
