So I just got my e-mail reinstating my account since it was hacked (i did NOT have a token on my account, but I did add one. I was unaware of the IOS app before hand, The only one i saw was the physical keychain you buy and its sales were stopped for a while). It took SE roughly a week to get my account back up and reinstated, but I am very happy to say the least to have my game back. My ONLY grunts with the whole situation is that
A) My account did get geo locked to verify an email since it was not from my login location

B) I received NO e-mails what so ever with my accounts activity being banned or compromised

C) When contact support, it took AGES to find the right forms to fill out and the right number to call, and to top it off they don't e-mail you a copy of your ticket information

If square fixes these few things, I believe the process will be a lot better for their players since they will have paper proof (so to speak) of anything square is claiming what is going on
