Amdapor Keep Loot Issue

Hello.

I have just finished a run of Amdapor Keep. The Strategos Ring dropped from the 2nd chest inside the instance but I, as the healer, (Scholar) was not able to roll 'Need' or 'Greed' on the item as both of those options were blacked out.

I do not have it already, it was the first time I had seen it drop. Everybody else in the group passed. I saw a message say, "Unable to obtain Strategos Ring" and then it was lost.

I'm a bit annoyed at this and would appreciate someone fixing this and mailing me a Strategos Ring.

Just a tip if you really wanna get their attention... post the information in the format they ask for otherwise your post will sit here without any acknowledgement. Check this link here for the proper formats. There is one for PC users and one for PS3 users. I know this first hand as a post I made on the lvl 30 footgear not being in vendors was here until last week (originally posted at the end of August) when an admin posted the same basic thing I just told you. Now its in the "Accepted Bugs" forum. Least its a start.
