The Best way to level and its NOT FATEs

I'm waiting for someone to come up with a mob zone leveling guide before this will really start getting going.

Like levels 15 - 20 (These 2 zones and mobs are the best)
Levels 20 - 25 (These zones are the best)


ect ect

I personally find fate grinds to be super boring, Id rather be constantly facing waves of pulled adds then looking at my map 75% of the time like someone posted

Edit: Also using rested EXP would jump this up even more making it overall better than FATES
