The Best way to level and its NOT FATEs

Find a good balance group with a healer and a tank and the rest high DD sources -
    - find a good hub location for fates in addition to large quantities of mobs at least 5 levels higher then

Chain EXP grind like in FFXI - In the processing plant you can make about
300-375k exp/hr an addition to the fate hub there an extra 100k exp you can reach level 50 in 3-5hours with a great party. I will be posting other hub locations and their exp rates but there are places where you can get 1-20 in 2hours 20-30 2hours 30-40 4hours. 40-50 3-5hours.

    EXAMPLES - NOT PERFECT.

FATEs also give you money and grand company seals (and sometimes extra goodies, depending on the FATE). I agree that it's not a perfect method of leveling up, but it has its perks that straight monster camping doesn't.

So basically you can go from 1 to 50 in 1 night?

    That's pretty broken.

Except that certain monsters drop raw materials that you need for crafting. It's great that people don't really bother doing this and go on FATE lvlng craze, it makes things easier for the rest of us who like to explore, with 3 cities + areas there are tons of them unexplored - people seems stuck in one area and never bother checking out other places....

I keep seeing that open world grinding is competitive, and I'd love for it to be true, but there's never any details of camps or anyone supporting the op with examples of where they did it.

    More info please!

How does 350k XP/hour translate into 1-50 in one night?

FATE grinding is far superior as you cannot rely on consistent spawns of mobs and you will always have to move every lvl or two to get the most out of it which can be downright time consuming.

FATEs give consistent xp for anywhere from 10-20 levels without having to leave the zone.

My FC put together a full party and got from 1-15 in a couple of hours just grinding open world mobs while doing the occasional FATE. The first 10 levels went really fast but after that it felt like it started slowing down.

We started at the eastern gate from Gridania, started killing things and working our way south to Bentbranch and kept killing things around there and the entrance to TTD while starting to do more FATEs. We eventually moved over to Nine Ivies to do levels 12-15.
