my birthday is wrong somehow so I am prob going to have the same issue huh..about 3 weeks ago i've asked them to change last name in my account (my bank obviously won't accept the transaction with the wrong name, and there's no functionality to change it myself, duh), all i got is a ticket response roughly meaning "wat?" and they've been silent ever since.
guess they don't want me to pay/play after the trial ends :C
