Is there a way to actually get support for this game?

Trying to get support for in game glitch where my relic reborn quest reset and bugged? No idea what is going on but trying to get in touch with support seems impossible.

Nope. You can try chat support only to sit for 2 hours only to get bumped to a screen that has there are no agents available OR you could send an email and way days on end with no responce OR you can just give up like many people are starting to do. I hear Elder Scrolls Beta is looking pretty good right now.

about 3 weeks ago i've asked them to change last name in my account (my bank obviously won't accept the transaction with the wrong name, and there's no functionality to change it myself, duh), all i got is a ticket response roughly meaning "wat?" and they've been silent ever since.
guess they don't want me to pay/play after the trial ends :C
