    How to contact the CHAT-SUPPORT?

    Hello,

    each time I try to contact the chat support and follow the instructions from the Support-Center (http://support.eu.square-enix.com/main.php?id=5383&la=2) I create a new ticket while I was following the steps to contact the chat support.

    The Chat-Support is online for my region at the moment (Germany).

    Any suggestion?
