    If it's in regards to your account, don't bother. It's going to be the same situation as just submitting an email ticket and waiting...and waiting...and waiting. Phone chat and Live chat are completely and utterly useless in that regard. Day 9 with zero word, update, mention or change in my currently opened ticked after talking to Live Chat and having it "escalated". Same situation with the Phone support who told me the exact same thing of "It's been escalated. You will receive an email from Square Enix when it's been reviewed." ...."I don't have any ETA for you."

    Basically meaning, "Yeah yeah, we hear you, I told someone, and they'll get to it when the feel like it I suppose. No idea when that'll be though."
