Whats this, 63 other retainers did the same thing they did. Whomp whomp.

I had the patience to level mining to 17, during which time I made a obnoxious profit selling shards. The ore, to me, was better bought from those power leveling through it and had tons of it. The time would be wasted for me to go get it, instead I could be crafting. They have a supply and I have a demand.

So over and over again we see people throwing themselves at the Market Board, desperate to sell their "supply", regardless of demand. This of course kills the demand.

Removing gear from quest rewards, would help the system stabilize a little. In another month, people will be buying items for their 3rd or 4th class they're leveling or to SB farm. As is though some people are kiddin themselves if they think this isnt how the system will continue to be without Market Wards and Bazaar.
And you don't think this changes as the game gets older, instead of people levelling off X item and it being over abundant you have everyone at lvl 50 and doing the same on rare nodes.

So all of a sudden these so called rare items are now over-flooding the market.

You are just moving the goal post, it doesn't fix anything.

I agree that removing some of the gear rewards from quests would help slightly, but then people would just farm dungeons for gear instead.

SE have killed any chance of a good economy and crafting/gathering relationship like we had in 1.0.
