Fester has a potency of 300 when you have the three dots that its damage is based on, but BLM has Flare with a potency of 260 which is lower but adding a full stack of astral fire buffs and it can act like a potency of close to twice that. Hence why blm can do stupid amounts of burst damage and get 1.6k+ crits.

Got a 1362 crit on Adloquium for shield of 2724, so 4086 total healing. I was a happy Jojo.
