SE will have the logs of the fights and they are able to check which groups got their wins with exploits and which didn't. It won't be a "witch hunt" as they will have clear evidence and will know.

I agree with you that you shouldn't exploit a boss.. Well, unless it's completely unbeatable without it.Forcing people to exploit boss fights
But I have to ask how anyone can force someone to exploit?
They can stop doing damage, they can stand in AOE, the healer can stop healing and the tank can just leave.

i reported these chimera/hydra exploits almost 2 weeks ago and they are just now issuing a response to these exploits.... really?
i wonder if SE knows that mages can stand on tree branches during the first boss in AK and not get hit by any attacks? even if they are being targeted.

Your issue, like many other people who play MMORPGs, assumes a company should issue a statement the very second you make a report - life doesn't work that way. Not even Blizzard issues responses THE VERY INSTANT it gets issued after everything is checked and determined.
This - They need to straight up ban everyone who exploited any fights or instance, period. The only people who would argue against a ban are ones who exploited or planned to, no one in their right mind would argue against punishing people who pretty much cheat their way to victory, kinda like back in 1.0 how BG pos hacked out of the Ifrit Extreme arena so they can't be damaged at certain points.

I'd like to know what kind of player plays a game just to do fights and use exploits to make it easy. Isn't that boring and lame? It is to me. If we die and wipe a few times it makes it fun. Making fights easy by avoiding damage taken or anything else is SILLY and BORING and any true gamer should see that.
Last night I did my first runs of the 8 man story dungeons and they were the most boring thing I've done on game so far due to skipping half the content and players starting fights without me while I wanted to enjoy the CS. Talk about ruining the mood/immersion of the story....

I remember Susan express sales people/bots being really friendly in game. The would chat me up when I'm lonely and ask if I would like to like purchase some gold. Ah.. . Good times
Edit: damn autocorrect on phones

A polite /bump for the morning crowd. They are checking Game Logs, checking them twice, they are going to find out who was naughty and who was nice.
They need to really bring the hammer down on exploiters. So far they haven't so exploiters are just going to keep doing it until there is a ban wave to set a precedent. They have been pretty lenient on exploits so far. Real ones like the obvious Titan exploit.
am i the only one who thinks SE is way to damn slow with fixing these exploits? Im not even sure what they are but if as some of you are saying they been there for weeks!!! weeks?.. How can SE punish people for finding workaround when they lack the ability to stop it in a timely manner. If they just fixed it when it showed up only a handful of players would be in hot water.. but now idk how many .
The more players they ban the less money they get the less money they get the less content the good and loyal players get.. >.< my head hurts with this lack of respond speed.
