No surprise here friend.
I'm still waiting on mine too. There is a million tickets
and problems about. Won't see being our tickets until the next blue moon.
Edit: Speaking of the devil, got mine and said it doesn't go with what I wanted to know in their area.
They didn't even give me many dag-gum options?

I had submitted a ticket last week and received no reply by Tuesday, but when I used the link in the confirmation email to check on it the ticket had already been closed saying they had already sent a reply to the primary email registered to my account (which was a blatant lie).
Don't expect SE support to help you, even if you do actually get ahold of them they probably won't be of any help (based on their track record with all these payment problems).
I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and still don't have a response.
