L15 and no quests to do

I'm a Thamaturgie, and I do have active the L15 quest for that guild and "Oh Captain", from the main questline. But I can't do any of them as I need to gain a few more levels first.

My problem is that I can't find any more quests to do. There might be some low-level quests back in the city, but I doubt they would be worth doing exp-wise now.

Where can I go to find L15-quests to do? Are there any quest hubs around that lvl for me?

if you have no quests

if you still have you hunting log stuff to do, do that
just kill mobs the same level or over yours for chains exp
that is always Leves (not the best use of allowance, but is still exp)
re do some guildhest (no alot of exp but is still some)

there are many why to get exp other then quests

Assuming you've done the Hunting log, there should have been enough quests inside Ul'dah, in Western Thanalan and Central Thanalan to bring you over 15 by the time you have to do the level 15 story mission.

I know about all those. I have done some leves. Grinding mobs to get from L15 to L18 does not seem like a fun thing to do.

Does that mean there are no quests for me around this level?

just do some F.A.T.E Grinding
it one of the best ways to get exp

With level 15 you get access to the other city states. Have you done all of their quests as well? Unlocking leve quest grants you a nice bonus the first time as well

Why would you want to wait with doing your story mission?
Go in with an Antidote and use it when you get poisoned and it should go just fine.

I still have more side quests than I can handle at level 25; you just need to find the right map.

At second stage when masked dude appears with gargoyle (or whatever it is), do not attack the masked dude until the gargoyle is down.
You will get poisoned at one stage, which you should use Antidote to get rid of.
After that, just stay alive long enough and you should win the fight.
