My bank has adamantly said they have not declined any of my transactions. My account isn't locked or limited for fraud prevention.

Square Enix however tell me nothing. A GM did post that it was related to banks declining but that apparently isn't the case :/

I'm actually putting in no more effort. 6 hours of "trying" to contact your support to only get dropped at the end when no-one answers. Hours of reading up what others are saying. Time spent dealing with the bank, speaking to PayPal all just to play this bloody game with some friends. At my hourly rate, I would say Square owe me an entire year's free sub.

What do we do Square?
