Crafted equipment should look like the crafter decides, no limits on fashion anymore

Ahoy
You know what i always hate in games?
You cant decide how your lvl x equipment looks like.
Of course SE could add costume slots or similar things but wouldnt it be much cooler if a crafter could decide the look himself?
It could make the game feel more fluid and kind of "real" somehow.

For instance:
Lets say i want "Padded Leather Duckbills".
But i hate the look of those, so i could ask somebody to craft "Padded Leather Duckbills" with the look of "Hard Leather Boots".

In the end i could have the item i want, paired with the look i prefer.
Now i only have to dye it and *sparkles* theres my very own, individual look.
The reason why i would like this idea much more than easy costume slots is, its much more community based.
I would have to interact with other players or build stuff myself to get what i want.
Who knows about the cool fashion ideas people may come up with.
It makes a world feel more fantastic in my eyes.

On my own note.. yes I read it all, no I don't think it's necessary with vanity slots coming.
