Trouble Entrying Registration Code

Hello,

I just bought the digital version of the game on NA site, and I'm trying to register it, but I keep getting the following message when i try inserting the code in the game:

"The code's region is inapplicable.
You can only enter codes from the same region as your Square Enix account."

I browsed around but couldn't find any solution that helped me out, since people were having this kind of trouble with pre-ordered games.

I need some help/advice on what to do, I'm pretty loss at the moment.

I played in beta on ultros server. I dont know if that's relevant or not. But anyways...

I don't think anyone can if not SE directly :/ If both your account and store are NA there is little we can do.
Anyway I see you are already a lv12 PGL. Were you able to solve the issue? Did you buy a new code to add a PC/PS3 service to an already existing account?

That char was from the beta.
I bought it and added it to my account, but it just wont let me get in the game.
