Lack of FC for new players/low levels that don't want to be a burden

I am finding that since I don't play often, most all of the people in my FC are already at 50 and doing AK/CM runs and such and working on darklight gear. My main is only just now level 30, and I feel a hindrance to all those who could spend their time gearing their 50 than running the 'old' content such as story dungeons.

Are there any Free Companies who actually have low level players in them? I just wish there was some that took things really slow and wasn't already at 'endgame' -- I know progression is great and all, but with kids and such my playtime isn't like it used to be

There are plenty in my FC from what I've seen, but we're on Balmung. The FC also designates between raiders and social players (those of us who play as a fun distraction rather than a full time gig).

I'm in the same place though. Odd schedule and a 12 year old daughter.

I know how you feel! My work schedule is very demanding! I do have a FC luckily on Hyperion that has many low level players. You might be better going to the forums for your specific server and ask. People might be able to help you who are on your server!

Well, I always help out people no matter the level, and so does most people around me. I think even big FCs won't mind. Sometimes I do get lazy though if its a story dungeon and not a boss..

the only issues is low lvl dungeons ppl are leveling other classes with fate grinding

In my FC we always help everyone, no matter where they are at. I just did he 15-17 dungeons like 2 days ago for someone. I guess it just depends on the FC and the people within it, but no Myself and the people in my FC are always open to helping others in the group.

In my FCs and LSs we help new/low-level players, despite all the big ones running around.

I think maybe just need to look a bit more (forums, shouts that don't emphasis end-game-raiding)
