2 world class summoner - it's been so hard finding good players to fill these roles. You would immediately be placed in a static group upon completion of your trial by fire.

I want to add: to those that apply, we are looking for very exceptional players, especially for 2.2. Our application process is about 8 questions long, it's very important that you be as detailed as you possibly can. We're looking for the best of the best, so if you're in an FC that you feel doesn't have the potential to progress (IE: I'm looking at the exceptional players stuck in 1-4, barely any 5), I highly recommend you step forward.
Our spots are competitive and we're looking for players with little-to-no margins of error. We do not honor raid security, no one's raid spot is safe, not even mine.
Performance is key.

I manage most of our tanks, and handle the majority of quality control here in AU. If you're interested in joining AU as a full-time tank, I am specifically seeking (but not limited to) those that are versatile in both PLD and WAR classes at an exceptional min/max raiding level. This includes knowledge of best-in-slot gear and the correct cross-class abilities.

As a tank, I am looking for someone with initiative and an assertive personality, not specifically leadership material. A mic is required.
