Where are 40 / 45 mining leves?

Okay, so I finally decided to grind my Miner... It's at 44 right now, but I've done all the real mining I need at these levels and junk mining is just too slow. So I decided to pick up some leves......trouble is, I have no idea where to find them.

Where's the levemete(s) that has lvl 40 and lvl 45 mining leves??

I did 40 mining leves in W Coerthas near Stone Vigil, and the 45 leve location is east of Eevenant Toll, Mor Dhona.
