Can we report people in DF?

Long story short. You get very rude ass peoples and I think they should be reported because don't see the need to be called a bitch, or get cancer and other things even though we're servers apart. e_e
People like this just piss me off, you mess up a few times, and they bitch at you lmao, and it' worse when they are pre-mades.
It's like League of Legends all over again.

There is something in the help desk for reporting Harassment I believe. I would encourage you to use it. People like this need to know that people won't just roll over and take this kind of verbal abuse.

Long story here:
What happened was it's my first run on Titan, and I have a small TV so I can't really see that well. So I died 3 times basically.
First time, I didn't see the ring. Tank ran in, almost died, I didn't have time to cast things so derp. 2nd time, same thing, after all 3 crying about it, 3rd time, I seen it, and when Titan jumped again, I must've lagged or something, because I was out the ring still hit. I said sorry like 3 times and then said you guys don't have to be rude or I'ma just leave. Then they bitched so I left. I agree. People need to tell you nicely what to do instead of nerdrage up the ass. I even said I was new, and they were too but still as rude lol. I'm sure they were pre-mades. I let the tank die and left LOL.

With the foul language you use in this forum post... maybe the people you find rude are in fact responding to you and themselves seeking the report option...

Its there, under the system menu. But you have to type in names by hand. I don't recall if it says what world people are from, but you can go to this lodestone website, and search their names under character - chances are from looking at the results you will be able to tell which one it is even if more than one person uses that name.

Yeah I need to stahp talking like a Sailor on the forums. I am talking about in-game. I already got banned for something similar but I don't think I cursed hehe. I didn't really play 11, my brother, his wife, and several of my friends all did, and from what everyone has said, 11 had an extremely friendly and helpful community. Not so much the case for 14 right now. I believe the game has too many hardcore WoW players or something, because the douche factor can be ridiculous.

I've seen some very rude people, though I've only had one idiot be rude to me(one of those people that is just really bad at a game, doesn't know jack, yet calls other people noobs), and there's really no reason for it. Yeah, some times I can get pretty frustrated by people in a dungeon, but I never go off and berate people. There is really no reason to just go off on people you people in a game like that for no reason(though i see nothing wrong with one trying to defend themselves).

To be fair, he used like, 3-4 words, over two posts, not offensive at all. Some people don't like that kind of language and that's understandable, but if he sounds like this in game, i doubt they're being jerks to him because of it and trying to report him.

Yeah there's report harrasment, taking the screenshots of the text might also works. I bet SE will do anything unless it's serious harrasment.

Just so you know, in one quest there is a thing called "Catcaur Piss" also a NPC called me a "Miqote B word." So lol.
No I do not sound like this in game lol. I mean I may use the A word, or D word sometimes but I don't full out call people out by names with it.
But thanks for the replies I did find the Harassment thing and reported them. Hopefully they get a warning or something since I feel bad for other people
who get chewed out over small things.

game itself has a ~1s delay. If you see the ring, run immediately and keep running, don't just stay at the edge. If you don't run the moment you saw, bam, you get hit even if you are seeing yourself out of the aoe.
