they are getting late in do this and probably they dont want to do this obviously because they will lost 36$ each time someone want to change is name, if they do that probably lost a lot of money so cause of that is taking a lot of time, lol hope it will be soon, 6 months waiting with out pay 36$

hope they add a option for this but they obviosusly dont want cause of that, but they will not have more option or excuses in future so they will add it, i hope

but who knows what excuse can they say for say no to this lol xD would be ridiculus

Imagine my dismay when I used my Fantasia to discover my character (having gone from male to female to male again) is a guy stuck with the name "Mizz". I don't think so. I'd easily pay $10 or so to change this ASAP, at will, but until then I'm a little reluctant to keep playing on the only character I've made decent progress on.

Please, please add a name change option. With the marriage system coming, fantasia that you can buy, and the addition of dresses, I find myself wanting to play a character that matches me better as a female, however, my character's name is male and it's quite an issue. >_<;

Long story short I am straight up getting HARASSED by my entire server, a name change would fix all my problems.

If the entire server is harassing you you probably deserve it.

This game definitely needs a legit, no-nonsense way to change character names on the user's end. Even a paid service also limited by time would be incredible. Because this game is designed to let you have a single character and do everything on it, it seems absurd to me that there is no way to change your name and only a single race/customization change opportunity available. You're playing one single character for your entire time in-game for most people, and yet there's no remedy for when you get tired of looking the same and having the same name. This needs to change, Square Enix!

Want a name change so bad then create a new character with same name on another server.
Then transfer your character to that server.
Then it will ask you to change your name.
There your done.
