Steps:
After failing Garuda Hard a few times with a party I left. Had 15 minute lockout so I switched to botany and started to do leves. Checked my lockout time 10 minutes later and I still have 13 minutes left on lockout. Had to switch off the class to get it to count down. Got into Titan Hard and left (due to two full AF dps classes). Same issue. Switched to botany and the timer does not count down. Switch back to blm and it counts down.
