Update:
The Mog Station kept on hating my card so I gave up and purchased the services I wanted by buying crysta via paypal.
I thank the people who came up with this solution, and I was lucky this option was available to me, I feel sorry for other people who may not be able to do that though, this problem still needs to be resolved.
