    You can add me to the list of people who still can't get back in after a year! I quit when this problem first came up (cause of college ) and now that I have the time to come back....I can't subscribe and play. I was happy to come back and made a new character and everything on a new server with friends because they couldn't join my old server with my level 50, and now none of us can get any forms of payment to go through haha. Squareenix either hates money, or hates their fan base. I'm thinking it might be both. Because when I checked on the options in mogstation to buy, there isn't a paypal option, and the ultimate pay thing just goes to a "Page cannot be found" link haha. Guess I'll be calling them shortly to see if I go give my money to another company. God I hope I'm not going back to WoW......

    TO EVERYONE EXPERIENCING THIS! THIS JUST WORKED!!!!! Opened IE (which I freaking loathe) and just copied the mogstation link from firefox over so it wouldn't go anywhere else. and BAM, payment went through no issues. So all these errors ARE our fault from our security settings haha. Sorry for the double post, but I am SOOOOOO freaking glad I get to play now <3.

    Yeah I do that for all of my purchases from SE (learned the hard way a few years back) they still just randomly rejected my card and I'm SOL from the support side lol. It's been too long without a paypal option also ;u;

    FINALLY GOT IT WORKING.

    No idea why. After a month and a half of bullshit here's what I did:

    1) UNREGISTER your card from your account.
    2) Wait 24 hours from the exact time you unregistered (I waited 25+ to be safe).
    3) Re-register your card and try to buy something (Purchased fantasias and my retainers again I used IE for it with no plugins/extensions).
    NOTE: 3.5) If errors persist after 24 hours unregistered, the only other thing I can think of is to wait 30 days.

    On my side, I was able to fix it with SE Europe.
    I had to send my credit card picture (showing only the 4 last digits) and also a copy of my ID and then they allowed my credit card.
    I can finally use it now...

    In any case, SE, change your verification method for payment!

    However in the future, the error message should guide the user to use internet explorer.

    Why is there a 24 hour lockout and why doesn't it inform you of this? So incompetent. And I can't find the phone number on the support website? http://support.na.square-enix.com/co...hp?id=496&la=1 All it has an option for is e-mails. And if I use a timecard how do I pay for my retainer? awful customer service.
