    I too am getting the error 401. Does anyone know if it's 24 hours or 30 days? i can't find anything about it. Some people say 30 days and some people say 24 hours. Does anyone know for sure whether it's 24 or 30 days?

    I always get that 601 error, so I have to buy game time cards, and can't have additional retainers

    Error code 401 is a payment problem that has existed for FOURTEEN MONTHS. They obviously know about this problem because it is one of the most popular items on this support thread & they offer digital time cards so you can still play .. but there is no work around if you want to buy items off of the store or want to hire extra retainers.

    There are several people wanting to give SE their money but SE won't fix their payment system, this is inexcusable. PLEASE make your game work the way it is supposed to. I won't put up with this, there is no excuse for anyone wanting to consider themselves a professional company and won't fix a problem as basic as "PLEASE! LET ME GIVE YOU MONEY!"

    I'm giving SE until the new year to fix this problem, if they haven't figured it out by then I'm done with this game. Add me to the numerous other people who have left the game due to SE's incompetence. They've had PLENTY of time to either fix this or come up with a workaround. I have been without my extra retainers for far too long now & I cannot purchase ANYTHING from the store. Considering they just released a host of new items, some of which I would REALLY like buy, you'd think that they would maybe at least have an alternative way to make purchases. We WANT to give you our MONEY. I want to buy things from you. This is not difficult. I have NEVER experienced problems with payment in ANY other MMO I have ever played, this is unacceptable.

    I was having this issue as well when I resubbed. Thing is that there wasn't an issue when I ressubed, nor when I paid for my retainers again the issue occured when I tried to transfer my character. 401 on everything, multiple cards and financial institutions, it did not matter. After a week I called SE and got a very helpful rep who was able to reset my 5 day block and inquired about which card I wanted to use for the transaction. Well it worked I wish I could recall the name of the rep that helped me because he performed some miracles where others haven't been able to. As of now since the optional items are up, I am unable to purchase anything EXCEPT for with the one card that I discussed with the rep. I don't know what he did or how but I love him for it, and i wish that whatever he did was common knowledge in the support office so that my Fiance who is having the same issues could get transferred to my new server now too.

    I randomly got an email saying a payment failed and my sub was cancelled, and I cannot renew it for the life of me? It's also the weekend, so I can't contact support. SE really wants me to quit, huh...? :<

    Also yeah, not my card, I called and checked up on it and everything. Tried other cards too.
