    The Eu part of customer services is really good, they replied my mail politely, they tried to help me even though i am on a Na account.

    Meanwhile, Na customer services is fucking horrible,
    it is literally the worst customer services i have ever seen,
    Wanting both of your secret question's answer and email registered under your account just for the sake of support center services is just fucking stupid, it is like begging those worker to steal your account, and guess what? Eu support center doesn't require your secret question's answer to get their services.
    And all the fucking time, they have only one Cs to do the job -- Agent.Jxrdxn, why the fuck they have only 1 customer services for such a big company?? And he is impolite and lazy as fuck, all the copy paste replies is fucking making me mad.
    They should fire him and the officer of that department for god sake if they actually want to improve their customer services.
