And then I called my bank to ask if I have been charged. It turns out that every single time I went through the process and received this error, I got a $1.00 preauthorization charge on my account. They said that the preauth charges were approved, but then when the data got sent back to MasterCard, it somehow doesn’t make it to the company doing the preauths. I remembered they said will refund $1 after test transaction success. I gonna go to my bank to check this on Monday, if it is really being charged and no refund. I think I will bring this to court. YES, I say COURT!

If the test transaction (?1/£1) was successful, however the actual subscription transation has been denied, it would be useful if your bank could do a comparison between these two transactions to see if there is anything different in the way the two transactions are being handled on their end which might cause this. blah blah blah
