I remembered they said will refund $1 after test transaction success. I gonna go to my bank to check this on Monday, if it is really being charged and no refund. I think I will bring this to court. YES, I say COURT!

I get this too when I now tried to update my sub and move from Coeurl to Lamia. I tried my own card, my mothers card, and my friends card. 401 every time. SE I really love this game, why do you make it so difficult to pay for your services? I use Steam, play Warframe and other games with microtransactions and there everything works flawlessly.

Change your payment provider, or add Paypal support to EU accounts or something to solve this, please -.-

It's like ths across the board doesn't matter where your at EU, JPN or the americas everythings down. and it's a load of crap they need to take a que from other MMO's and fix this crap.
