Square Enix has the worst customer service. I see a million of questions, myself included, ticket submissions from paying customers and they give us cookie cutter responses. I think we all know what to do. (Stop playing, stop paying, and discourage others to do the same). I only wish it was as difficult to get money out of consumers as it is to get satisfactory problem fixes out of Companies. I should have seen this coming. This was the most headache causing account creation process I have ever experienced. Everything is just clumsy and clunky.
