I mean I forgave the fact that my free play was cut off five days early and I honestly still do want to play the game, but its been a month and obviously what's been told to us isn't working, so what's being done to solve this problem?

I actually got a hold of customer support and they walked me through it. Basically you need to go through ultimate pay and buy their crysta.
Except this isn't a solution for the many people, me included, that get declined when using ultimate pay to buy crysta as well.

I tried this, the ultimate pay and crysta's did not work for me and technical support told me there was nothing they could do.
However, that is besides the point, instead of trying work around it with what they have they should be fixing it so that it won't have to be so complicated for people to pay them. Never in my life have I had to work so hard to give someone my money.

this isn't a fix to the fucked up billing system that's NOT being addressed at all by SE.
I tried the Crysta work around. My payment was declined by SE.

I agree I've been trying to get their attention on this for a while, I tried Facebook, was not answered, tried Twitter, was not answered and now I'm here on the official forums and it seems like I'm still not getting answered, I noticed how if things were said on the Lodestone things got fixed relatively fast but since I do not have an active account I cannot post a blog on the Lodestone at all to see if this problem would be fixed.
I currently have a game in my house that I paid for, pre-ordered and beta tested for to help the game run more smoothly that I cannot play and I don't have games in my house that I cannot play, I don't want to take the game back, I can't take it back anyhow but I actually love the game itself but so far this part of the service has sucked royally. and it hurts me because I was so excited for this game to come out I couldn't wait, I counted down the days when I heard there was a release date and now It just.....I don't even know how to describe it, never before in my life has a game actually hurt my feelings.

I know your feels. I went through the same thing. With 1.0 AND this one. I don't get how they can bite the hands that are feeding them and just think it's Okay. Oh well. I've said my piece on the matter. I hope they fix it. I hope they decide that the players are as important as they say we are. We've always been "So important" to square. If we're so damned important, why do they treat us like shit?I agree I've been trying to get their attention on this for a while, I tried Facebook, was not answered, tried Twitter, was not answered and now I'm here on the official forums and it seems like I'm still not getting answered, I noticed how if things were said on the Lodestone things got fixed relatively fast but since I do not have an active account I cannot post a blog on the Lodestone at all to see if this problem would be fixed.
