    Wow. So glad I'm not even remotely close to being the only person dealing with this.
    Square has charged both of my card accounts (Which everything has been verified as being Correct on my end so it's definitely a problem with their really shitty billing system) a grand total of $14.00 and if... IF all of this magically goes through when they do Whatever it is (if they're doing anything at all) I will be billed for a total of $716.00. I'm already on the phone with all of my financial institutions to make sure that I'm only charged ONCE for what it is I actually want.
    3 emails to customer support. No response (Go figure, right? I don't expect much from the absolute worst customer support in history).
    To top all of this off - I played 1.0. When I played closed beta, my legacy was still there. I transferred my legacy to a legacy world at the end of CB and BOOM.... she's gone. Just freaking gone. Customer support basically told me to "GTFO".

    So! I have two accounts for FFXIV. Both were set for autorenewal (both approved with confirmation numbers). My main account was upgraded to the CE. That went through without a hitch. The other account, which uses the exact same banking information, is up and running without a problem. Downside - it's NOT my main account and it's my husband's account.

    Anyone else know of a "work around" OR! Better yet - can anyone tell me where to find my freaking ticket history?


    ** UPDATE **
    Tried the UP workaround for buying crysta and going from there ---- FAIL. Across the board with BOTH of my cards.
