This is ridiculous. SE NA is the WORST customer service ever. I have had 3 friends in the past month trying to setup their subs. This is beyond ridiculous. I had a friend who was double charged for a key and SE has yet to grant him a refund. It has been over 2 months. The payment system is archaic. I regret signing up for 90 days. I am quitting the game along with these friends. You lost 4 customers just like that SE. It blows my mind how incompetent this whole system is, including your customer service. It is 2013.
Day 3 i haven't been able to pay for my subscription and from what i've read i may have a 90 ban to top it off for getting too many 601 errors. This is absolutely unacceptable business practice. Punishing legit paying customers for trying to -PAY- is a sure way to keep this game in the status of worst Final Fantasy ever made.
This issue goes back to September with no solution, i don't have the time to sit around waiting for SE to take care of their customers, it leaves me flabbergasted at their level of incompetence on this issue. I played FFXI for 6 years and the experience i've had with trying to even subscribe on XIV has made me regret ever becoming a fan period.
Edit* At this point i'm beginning to think it's a conspiracy on SEs part to actually turn people away from their servers until they either upgrade their servers to handle the traffic or to make people quit because too many people are trying to play. Hard to say from the tight closed lips of their "customer service" reps. Kinda leaves us to our own conclusions.

I haven't been monitoring this problem at all for the last 25 days or so because I moved and have many other things to deal with. I'm shocked they haven't fixed this issue, or even bothered to address this as a problem. This is beyond arrogance, and unless they fix this problem soon, I will not even try to subscribe to this p.o.s. game.

ok error 401 seems the most common problem SE has and i am now stuck in it, i want to pay for 2 accounts mine and my wife's for 180 each and i cant with either method i tried visa directly, buying crysta and wont process either but they do charge me the $1 so i dont understand why they can charge the $1 but not the entire amount and its the same method i used to buy the game.
