Well I am still waiting to hear from support at all, so I will see how that goes first.Everyone who's having an issue with unhelpful Square support agents: I would strongly advise contacting a third party consumer reporting agency such as the BBB, especially if they are putting fraudulent holds on your credit card account and denying you randomly while still charging money. They will be required to resolve the complaint through those channels rather than their crippled, useless, and rude customer support and if they fail their rating will be decreased.
It's a better mass action than posting in their forums and hearing no response.
I, for one, will not be logging into the game until this problem is fixed for my FC-mates.
