same here... paypal shows payment going through but playspan rejected the payment even though paypal processed it.. i looked everywhere for playspan contact information... the only way i acutely found it was from paypal detailed transaction page... seriously SE? you deal with these kind of unprofessional people? anyway i contacted them and this is what they say

basically saying there is nothing we can do for you....
