    Keep me updated about the game card, I'm sitting on a game card and can't seem to get through the PlaySpan customer service number and my codes aren't working. Don't want to have wasted $20 for a card... BTW I'm in South Korea, with a US account, went through a similar process (including successful drinks lol).

    I also live in South Korea. Here is what I did and it magically worked for me but I had not touch this game or logged in one week into my SE account. To put it short this must of been luck.

    I am using Windows 8 Pro 64bit and browser is CyberFox 25.0.

    - I logged into SE Account
    - Clicked on Add Crysta
    - Click on whatever value you want to pay. I chose the 1000 Cyrsta option
    - Click on Ultimate Pay
    - Click the tab with the credit card/debit card info
    - Input your CC/DB information
    - Once you click on Next, it should pop up a window of your billing address. My bank billing address is my APO. I made sure It was exact.<--- This is the important part, make sure your billing address matches, whether APO or U.S. or whatever country your from matches every field. I was using a Korean IP address and no VPNs or Proxys. I hit next and miraculously it worked! I have a roommate who did the same thing but unfortunately it didn't work for him. If you get a "declined error message", call your bank to fix the problem and which I did get that error message and then waited one hour and tried again and it worked. This was all luck and yes this system needs to be fixed. Hope this helps you or anyone with the problem. Furthermore, we shouldn't be finding loop holes just to pay this game. Literally, it took me 5 hours of troubleshooting this problem adding all the error declines included. And one week of not touching this game and tried this method one more time. It finally worked. I haven't played for two weeks after my 30 trial period ended. I feel all your pain.
