This is beyond bad costumer service. I can't believe I'm still unable to pay, and SE is doing absolutely nothing to help us, or they are not telling us what they are doing to solve this. SE still blames THE COSTUMER who is trying to pay by any means possible. I purchased a game, and was awful (ver 1.0), supported the game this 3 years before ARR, participated in Beta 1, 2, 3 and EA. The game is awesome and when I finally want to enjoy it, SE refuses to take my money. I don't have access to crysta or gamecards, so I'm just left out of the game I purchased?! I think this stands for a lawsuit of something serious.
