In fact i got the same idea. I mailed them to say that, and i got a reply-type email telling me their shit. (ID account, bank account, where you live etc etc...)
So i reply them and i'm waiting for their answer...It's been 2 weeks now i cant play because and under the responsibility of SE.

I'm thinking about US people (cos i'm french and we dont have it, basically we dont have this form of civil law in europe), which can pursue with "class action". The intent could be "impossible to pay with CC while the game has been bought." it's obviously their fault and we cant play anymore (after one month offer with the game). Then they have to free all acounts until they fix the pb. Can US people do that in mass?
