I'm going to try the Ultimate Game Card method through the Mog Station, however I have been reading that Crysta doesn't work on PSN accounts just PC users only, I calling my local gamestop for more details! wtf...

This is ridiculous I've had Error 401 for days now and the support cent has done NOTHING!!!! Square-Enix you are slowly growing hate from your people. Fix this and refund my taken "test" money!
So even with purchasing Ultimate Game Cards, the system still declined them for meBut Ultimate Pay was a lot more responsive than SE's customer support and they are working on fulfilling my Crysta purchase process. The problem I was told is that there are multiple layers of fraud protection, which is great for the paying customers, and ironically it is so damn great that it is also driving customers away!
UPDATE:
My subscription has been restored thanks to UltimatePay's prompt customer service. Purchased 2 $20 Ultimate Game Card and redeemed them for Crysta, now I'm good for another 60 days. I wish that SE had the same service
OMG! Thanks a lot! I was able to subscribe again thanks to this method! I didn't had any problems with the code.
My account is active again and should be able to play once I get home from work!If you live in NA and are having this problem you can try the UGC payment.
Well, I'm living in the USA but my CC (and bank) are from Brazil. Can someone tell me a secure site that I can buy this 'Ultimate Card' or whatever? SE is really pissing me off, but I like Final Fantasy for far too long time to give up that easily! Do I have to redeem it for Crysta? And how can I buy game time with crysta? I don't see it in the tutorial.
If you can buy crysta, UGC is the way to go apparently.
If you are like me and don't have crysta as an option, short of buying a new copy of the game and registering a different region, you are shit out of luck and SE won't do a damn to help you. Sadly, it'd be better to just play a different game than reward them by buying another copy of a game.
Simply put SE, if you're not going to support a game in a specific region of the world, don't sell the damn thing there locally. I understand people ordering it digitally or off the internet, but if local vendors are selling it then the game should be supported. End of story.
I got fed up with waiting and purchased a 60 day game card from game.co.uk
I live in Australia so it cost about $30.60 (17 pounds) so you're paying what you would pay for two months anyway really... If it'll make it possible for me to play it's a good short term fix I guess. Just thought anyone who is registered in EU who is having this problem might like to know. Square Enix really need to start figuring this out, though....
Unfortunately I have already tried the ultimate game card method and the one thing I can tell you is....error 11000 means the option is not available for the country you are in (or something along those lines). As such it would really be nice if SE made it clear which countries had what options :/
Fortunately for me though was that I had a friend who offered to take the card off my hands as she was an American who was about to resub the game anyway so it worked out well for the both of us...hopefully you will be as lucky as me in this regard
As for game.co.uk ...in my own experiences I have tried to buy a card at I think it was £18 or something like that which was fine...until you enter your address and once they register the fact that you're in aus...that 18 becomes 23...so I ended up looking elsewhere and purchasing from
http://www.go2arena.com/final-fantas...d=ALLKEY&id=12
They only charge a 0.4 euro handling fee when I paid via paypal which is nowhere near the price gouge of game.co.uk ...hope that helps you and everyone else with the issue
And yes the EU code does work for aus and NZ...just...if you do buy from go2arena there is a chance they may call you to confirm your purchase (they did me) before they mail you the code...good luck![]()
I'm in the US and this method worked for me too! Paying for Crysta via UGC works great!OMG! Thanks a lot! I was able to subscribe again thanks to this method! I didn't had any problems with the code.

It worked for me. Thanks a lot!Hey guys I just used Hola Unblocker, it is an IP blocker extension in Google Chrome and it worked like a charm after weeks of unhelpful SE customer service. Try it and I hope it works for you! You have to add the extension and then go to the mog station. BEFORE you log in click the icon up at the top of Google Chrome and switch it to US. Let me know if you need help.
Edit: This only works if you are using a US card in another country. Military, travelers, etc...
Now I'm playing again.
All hails to the great kingdom of San D'Oria
So after a week, two things are clear to me:
* SE will not help.
* I cant continue playing the game.
No game cards or Crysta available in my region & all I get is error 601, im not behind a proxy, my bank says the problem isnt them. Ive tried with FF/IE/Chrome.
Basically theres nothing else for me to do, I was hoping for SE to help in some way, adding a paypal option or whatever, but it seems its not going to happen, they simply do not care, why bother for only a few people.
Im not only leaving ffxiv, but im not buying anything from here and on coming from you SE. I know me boycotting you isnt going to affect anything at all, but i cant continue supporting a company that wont support its customers properly.
