Payment Method Registration Errors [Error Code 401 and 601]

For the past 3 days I've tried to contact customer service via Phone and Email, I was informed by my CC company that it's due to the Recurring fees is why my pre-paid Debit CC cannot be processed, So I was told to contact FFXIV to have them do a One-Time payment but simply cannot get a live rep on the phone...Total wait time so far 3hrs 20min...Seriously I've played every MMO and MMOrpg on PSN and they have their Subscription Fees and payment options listed on PSN not on the Clients web site!

Im just saying this to say: I purchased this game on PSN I should be able to pay my subscription on PSN!

I have the same problem bro, bought the game on PSN and CC isn't working on their site to pay for the game, why even release the game for the ps3 if you cannot pay through PSN, if i bought the game for the PC then I would expect to use a CC to subscribe to the game.
