I've contacted my bank and global collect several times. Bank says everything is fine and nothing should be getting denied or marked as fraud. Global Collect has said twice now that the problem lies on SE's end. Notice the complete lack of a post or update from SE's side? Obviously having a 40+ page thread last month that was closed and this one that is at 60 pages now doesn't mean anything. Not to mention the smaller threads about the same thing littering the forum. The CSR I spoke to early this morning said its being looked into but there is no foreseeable date of the issue being fixed. To me that translates to: We know about it and don't care, thanks for your initial purchase, now fuck off and quit bothering us.

The only thing we can do, as we seem to be such a small portion of the FFXIV community is plaster the attitude and lack of support provided to customers that supported this relaunch all over the internet. Spread it around to review sites and blogs until SE feels it. It makes no sense that the game is sold in a region only to not be able to play it. That sounds like theft. Take my money for the base product and then tell me its my fault because of where I live that I can't subscribe and enjoy the product.
