    Well this pretty much sums up what my account is good for now and for however long into the foreseeable future. At the least I appreciate that Agent Daniel didn't just mysteriously disconnect after the first few questions.

    You: I have a second account that I set up that worked fine.
    You: The only difference is I put, The United States / The Americas as the region instead of Guam / The americas
    Agent Daniel A: And payment worked fine for you?
    You: Yes, i was able to set up through crysta and used my paypal account. I think My credit card didn't work because of the holds on it, or the same reason on this account. But that account is running fine as of a few hours ago
    You: I received the confirmation email about crysta being added, and then subtracted shortly after

    Keep in mind, also, that the same card/account cannot be used to pay for multiple Square Enix IDs.
    You: I'm sorry if I have circumvented something that I was not supposed to. There are a handful of my personal friends that have been trying to figure this out. I just happened to have bought 2 copies and tried setting them up differently
    You: yes, i'm aware of the inability to use 1 card to pay 2 accounts. Hence the paypal
    You: would using the same paypal account to add crysta to two different accounts meet the same errors?
    You: Also, if you would like to look at that account, i can provide the info on it as well.

    Agent Daniel A: You could indeed experience issues using the same PayPal account for two separate Square Enix ID's.
    You: Would staggering them a few days between transactions work?
    Agent Daniel A: No it wouldn't.
    Agent Daniel A: But the main issue remains that I cannot change the region on an account. Guam is not currently supported for Crysta, but we are looking into it right now.
    You: so then deleting the account and re-registering the game key isn't possible? the region would carry over?
    Agent Daniel A: A registration code can only be used once.
    You: So, basically, until this region issue is fixed I have a useless account?
    You: I've read it was possible and has been done on the forums to attach the key to a new account but all prior characters were not transferable.

    Agent Daniel A: The issue is being reviewed, but there is no timetable on an announcement. I recommend keeping an eye on the website for further announcements and using your working account in the interim.

    Now I'm not sure of what I've read about what others have had done with a work-around for the region issues. I do know now, though, that I have an absolutely useless product that I paid $60 bucks for and a second account I got for a first time MMO player I promised to play the game with...fml, buying another copy of the game to keep a promise or being stubborn and holding to my ideals....
