The major credit card providers(mine is Visa) seem to think your company is fraudulent. Hmm is there any truth to this LOL.
That is the reason so many people can't give you there payments. Maybe time you SPOKE to the major credit card providers to prove you are NOT fraudulent. HEHE.
Oh yeah just in case you are wondering my payment has been locked out as well. Question now is do I want to give my money to a well known fraudulent company, as I await a response from Visa Major Fraud Department. Again LOL !
(and yes some of this is me having a laugh but this is the reason people are being locked out)

I tried everything did not work they did charge me $1 and change three times though. My friends telling me to start ah again but I was about to relic+1 Monday so if they don't fix it I'm done. Bought two collectors to o well. Sad you won't let me love you SE.
How did you prurchase this? Do games.co.uk (are you sure that's the correct URL?) email you a code or something? I just wasted $25 on an Ultimate Game Card from EB because Ultimate Game Card's website said it was valid for FF XIV:ARRIt's not or at least not from Australia.

Nope, Italy here, and same problem with my pre-paid debit card. This is a shameful and an unacceptable service, of which has never ever happened to me.
The most crazy think is, though, the total indifference or lack of any response from SE staff.
And they dared to say "a small number of people" encountered this problem (which is our fault of course..) .... Can't they see they have a 56 pages thread full of people blaming at them?? i suppose not.
Yep, same problem since this morning, tried with 2 different cards with no luck, I also tried paying with Crysta via paypal but every time (tried like 6 times) the payment was accepted BUT canceled and returned immediately so it's on SE end.
I've read that if you get the 401 error that form of payment is blocked for 24 hrs but is true that if you try again the time extends? Can anyone confirm this?
I like this game but I'm kinda tired of having problem after problem with this guys, if this won't get resolved soon I'll drop this game for good.
I've setup the subscription using me AU credit card but it charging me $1.45 for the service not the actual subscription. Since I thought it was a bugged i setup the credit card again and now its charging 2X$1.45 on my credit card. Right now I can't even get in the game since it say I don't have any subscription on my account.
Why is this happening?

Sorry, game.co.uk is where I went. Yes they email you a full invoice with the Game Card number immediately for you to enter into SE's website, which is what I did, and am now activated with 60 days (confirmed this as I received the 60 day Veteran rewards in-game).How did you prurchase this?
