    Got locked out two days ago due to there being an error with my payment. Didn't get the email warning me until I couldn't log in anymore.
    • So I went to mog station and tried entering it all again.
    • Proceeded to get 401 error on 3 different credit cards from different banks.
    • Checked with said banks but they hadn't seen any activity.
    • Emailed support, still waiting for any reply.
    • Decided to try ultimate play card.
    • Found out Crysta may not be supported in my region (New Zealand).
    • Currently examining what else to play since I don't see this getting resolved anytime soon.

    So to recap I'm out $20 on a play card I can't use (my fault I guess).
    If anyone could confirm crysta option available or not in oceania region that would be awesome. I see no option on mog station and the regular account page just gives me an error when I try to buy crysta.

    From NZ here too. I tried to buy Crysta only to be met with Error 11000 - http://i.imgur.com/DQyDcCx.png

    I think I am done with FFXIV:ARR until they sort this mess out.

    This is just stupid.

    I got charged 5 times but it didn't process once.

    Now I don't have enough to buy Crysta until they refund me my pending charges which they shouldn't have done anyways!

    I think it's just RETARDED that they ask you to register your CC after you just processed a payment.

    I tried doing a 12.99 1 char sub, got an issue so I registered. Fu cked out of $2

    I figured I wasn't eligible for that, so I choose the normal 14.99 sub, got an issue so I registered. Fu cked out of $2.

    Tried to do a 12.99 sub again since I figured everything was registered this time.

    They fu cked me out of $1 and asked to fu ck me again... no thanks.

    Take my money and let me play this damn game. Or don't so I can figure out my own way to pay it!



    ANYONE KNOW HOW LONG UNTIL THEY REFUND YOUR POINTLESS "VERIFICATION" CHARGES!?!?

    Anywhere from 2-7 days.

    If your account region says "Europe and other regions" in the old account management page (that includes oceania players) then you can buy the FFXIV time cards with online delivery.
    It's not the right solution but it seems to be the only one for us.
