A lot of the problem comes from the fact that your Customer Service Representatives can't do anything. Why not allow them to lift restrictions? Why not reform the billing system to be user-friendly? My Mastercard debit card was accepted in 1.0 and it was accepted for the purchase of my digital CE upgrade. MogStation even accepted my card for automatic renewal over a week ago only to suddenly reject it over an unspecified error. If my bank has an issue with payment to SquareEnix/GlobalCollect then why have they already allowed me to?
This is the same for me i registered my card the day after I started playing and it accepted it, it even took $1 to make sure it was active. (which is lame) but not it won't accept my card or and of my other cards. So annoying. I can't even play because I have no other pay options.
