This is to Square Enix Customer Service,

I have tried to renew my subscription multiple times and it gets really frustrating when the only answer that I get from your technical forums is that the problem is from MY SIDE and that it is MY BANK and INTERNET CONNECTION that is preventing me from PAYING YOU to play a game that I already bought.

I and many other people experiencing the same problem have contacted our banks only to be told that it is not a problem from their end. Payments ARE going through so this means that it is NOT likely to be a problem from our side. So PLEASE stop blaming us for it. If you don't know the problem giving suggestions is fine but since it is clearly a problem on your end DON'T send us on a wild goose chase.

You could just as easily say that it is a problem that you are trying to solve and NOT make US try and solve it FOR YOU! People have more patience than you might think but if you wonder why this is not clear in these forums it is because we are give USELESS ADVICE!

There are clearly people who have managed to find ways to solve their problems such as buying game time cards from outside sources, if you have actually been READING these forum entries then you would be able to disseminate these TRIED AND TESTED methods since your Global Pay is definitely no Global. The only thing you need to add at the end is "However, Square Enix is not liable for any losses incurred from transactions with these outside sources" it is not like you are losing any money if they charge us extra for these timecards. It actually gives people another option other than navigating the labyrinth of your "customer service" and "technical support".
