There customer service hasnt chage since FFXI days and i highly doubt it will ever change, It seems that this company would rather spend millions of dollars to make a game that will only work for a certain amount of people around the world.The way SE has been handling everything until now, it wouldnt really surprise me, though i would think putting a paypal option wouldnt be that much work and something that could probably be set up in maybe a week.
Like I said previously, they rather lose a few subscriptions then invest on creating a service that actually works. It is BS, but SE is running for worst customer service of the year award, so it doesnt surprise me.
If anyone is having trouble with registering their Debit Card or Credit Card I would advise going to PC Game Supply website and purchasing a Ultimate Game Card. You will get a digital redeem code that you can use when needing to add Crysta. After over six months I finally figured this out since SE has terrible service support and page setup. If it wasn't for this being such a great game I would never support or by another product from them. Honestly I think they need to sell their company to a more business smart company and let them run it.
