Where can we purchase or what retailers have game time cards in North America ? or are they just a myth......can't seem to find them anywhere nor information on where or who sells them.

There seems to be an updated support page for this error now: http://support.eu.square-enix.com/fa...la=2&kid=68643 - at least it's one I hadn't seen before.
I've sent off all the requested information to SE (as well as emails to GlobalCollect and UltimatePay), fingers crossed that one of them will actually do something..
Love how they title the new support page "My bank rejected my payment and I am encountering the 401 and/or 601 error messages, what can I do?"
Banks arent rejecting payment. YOU are!
Found that page and emailed them about 2 weeks ago. Today received a reply that it's a processing error and they have asked for a picture of my card with the numbers blacked out for ID verification.
Hoping I will get somewhere with this but won't be holding my breath.

So apparently I did not pay in the same country where my card was created by that gave me the error and for trying 3 times was blocked.
Should be more professional, and tell the user errors that can happen before making the transaction, not after the error has been committed, and that you can not do anything about it.
Regarding customer service Square Enix is the worst I've had in my life, and as I am not united states, I can not do anything about it and I can not choose other payment methods.
Apparently I will have to wait for this to ruin their sales and this becomes free to play. Or they change the payment methods.
SE has a habit of making things simple in the most complicated.
I had gotten error 601 when trying to enter my information via the Mog Station. My solution was to go to the Square Enix Account Management page and update my payment method there before returning to the Mog Station and proceeding with payment.
My girlfriend, on the other hand, does not even have the option to update her payment information on the Account Management page. That entire section is missing from the page for her. The only option she is able to currently see/use is Crysta. Although how she'd pay for the Crysta is beyond me as she can't enter a credit card.
Sorry to be the one to brake the news to everyone who is having problems with paying there sub, my brother says he knows one of the GM for SE and according to him SE has no intention to look in to this problem we are all having. He told my brother that they branded us as "the select few" because they are betting the majority of the ones who are still playing there free time will not have the same issue we are having when it is time for them to pay for there sub, I dont know how accurate this info is and/or if its all BS and lies.
The way SE has been handling everything until now, it wouldnt really surprise me, though i would think putting a paypal option wouldnt be that much work and something that could probably be set up in maybe a week.Sorry to be the one to brake the news to everyone who is having problems with paying there sub, my brother says he knows one of the GM for SE and according to him SE has no intention to look in to this problem we are all having. Like I said previously, they rather lose a few subscriptions then invest on creating a service that actually works. It is BS, but SE is running for worst customer service of the year award, so it doesnt surprise me.
There customer service hasnt chage since FFXI days and i highly doubt it will ever change, It seems that this company would rather spend millions of dollars to make a game that will only work for a certain amount of people around the world. The way SE has been handling everything until now, it wouldnt really surprise me, though i would think putting a paypal option wouldnt be that much work and something that could probably be set up in maybe a week.
