Mine runs out In 4 days and I'm still unable to renew my sub. I emailed them on Thursday morning but still havent heard anything back. Unfortunately once my time Is up and if I don't hear anything back then It's going to be one less Final Fantasy sub as much as I would regret It. :/

Two weeks. I haven't been able to play, because I haven't been able to pay. I find it peculiar that most of us 1.0 users are the ones suffering from this. Fix it... or, like so many others, I'll move on, and you'll be losing another customer that has been with you since day one.

I would love to be able to pay for more gametime but I get error 601 when I try to register credit card and error 401 when trying to buy crysta.

I hope it's fixed..

So many people getting ignored! SE how can you do this to your customers?! Ive bought $42.00 worth of Crysta! Why isnt it showing on my page yet? Why havent you accepted my payment where I clearly want to pay you? My payment has been accepted by UltimatePay for cheese's stake.
